Kepentingan HRIS dalam Organisasi
HRIS adalah singkatan bagi Human Resources Information System.Sistem ini dibangunkan khusus dalam pengurusan sumber manusia.Sistem ini lebih menggunakan teknologi terkini.Banyak kelebihan dengan menggunakan teknologi terkini.Antaranya,lebih memudahkan urusan dalam menguruskan sumber manusia.

Azizi, thank you for this. It would be nice to see that you have some introduction about yourself and how you came about to join HRD. Explain in 200 words your journey so far on this programme. Then you can create separate blogs for our reflection section. Start with possibly, the first day in my class and on the topic. then move on to competitive advantages. Use articles that you have read to support your reading and reference it. Use magazines to support. You need to do some research.
