About My Summary...

After 5 week learn this subjest , i already know how to used knowledge for appropriate work. It also give me some skill to get ready before using in real situation at workplace. This because, i must expert know with what i learn in class for  this subject. This means, not only just get “A”  for this subject, but also must know imaging and transfering in real situation. If you want be “competitive graduate”, you must expertise in teory and practically and also active joining any club, society and commitee..This advice for me too.
                   HRIS is one of most important system in an organization. Nowdays, all organization using this system for easier manage employee. We also must know the input of IT and activities in IT. We also must know about IS in business environment. This because, the environment influence HRIS system. For competitive advantage chapter more discussed about basic competitive strategic and also indentify several strategic uses of IT. And for globalizing chapter more explain and identify about model of HRIS and differentiate. Globalizing can help an organization increase their knowledge, compentencies and  expertise.
                   And the last word before i finish my reflection blog, we as student must find knowledge and applying. Remember, without knowledge we no more useful life  in this world or more known as ‘loser’. Find knowledge and keep it up....that all for my reflective blog..i hope you all enjoy it during read and visit my blog.....thank to you all....

About On Globalizing HRIS:Moving To A Transnational Solution...

In this chapter more about HRIS model. There are 3 model of HRIS between multinational, global and  international .In this chapter ,i also know what means “globalizing”. In my words ,global mean show the performance across all countries. It also there are 3 different strategic for selecting each model. That is global efficiency, local flexibility and innovation sharing.
                 Global efficiency in my understanding in means find the appropriate method in this world based on HRIS knowledge , skill and experiences. It also needed sharing in knowledge for make good decisions. Other than that, global efficiency  also can give advantage is succession planning. That means, succession planning is “blueprint’ for do it in long-term time to achieve the objective in an organization.
                   I also more know and understand what local flexibility and innovation. Innovation needed more commitment and innovation also needed process and services. Innovation give advantage in compensation program design. In local flexibility can develop professional reward. It means ,the training programme will be the most method for upgrade skill and knowledge employee .Based on book, Managing Across Borders : The Transnational Solution(1991) already discuss the three basic organizational models .That is need feedback from different local demography. Other than that, their more need knowledge about innovation. This important to unsure the product fullilment demand market and different with other and gives us satisfaction. And lastly is need expertise in global integration.
                   In my undestanding, there are three types of HRIS model. First , multinational is just for local and differences. Second is global for develop standardized centralized system. And third types is international model for sharing and transferring  in knowledge and expertise in local organizations. Each model has pro and con.. The pro is more effective in knowledge and skill. The bad is when business environmet changes. For this chapter, we must focus about types of HRIS and know to different.

About Competitive Advantages.....

What i get and understand in Dr.Nur Naha class is know to identify the basic of competitive strategies and also know about the appropriate example.
            Actually ,information technology now most method easier to develop and promote  the organization wheather local and global. This because can upgrade the communicate each other. This means ,we can communicate around the world without obstacle. It also can used for increase the facilitate collaboration. In my opinion about it is some method to increase or develop for organization and achieved their objective.
            In my opinion, before achieved success in business needed suitable method. First is must always do it innovation for product based on demand market. It also needed creativity for upgrade the product. Secondly is find new market .We not too hope in local market, but must promote in global market. Before achieved that objective, there some competitive strategic. First do innovation strategy. This means make new product. Other strategies  is growth strategy. This means to find it new market and promote it with good method.
            With this chapter, i know and understand about competitive strategies. I also know method strategies uses of IT. This can divided in three. That is products, services , and capabilities. Competitive also important in organization because with that competitive between organization can develop performace of an organization. It also can gives us satisfaction .After learn this chapter, i also know how to be more competitive student with using all appropriate strategies.

About The Web And Key Trends Changing Human Resources...

Just a few word , web is type of technology and can sharing with other people just used direct access without using more time and without “face to face’.What i understand after attend fisrt class with Dr.Nur Naha about this chapter, the web is the most approprite method and famous on technology system .
            I also can defined the differentiate in technology transforming HR. Firstly, previous system just for local but now the system can sharing and can access for global. In this chapter, i also know the purpose understand about information systems and information technology. First purpose is technology can improve efficency and effectiveness of business processes. Efficency means, the an organization know what ability of them do it  to successfull.
            Other purpose, the system nowdays all people can access the web portal different previously just only administration can access it .This easier for employees and managers to directly access information before make desicion and also can always update the information. In my understanding ,the system is about working with other or “team work” to achieve the objective of an organizations.
            I also know about the function of IS. First, IS is most source to get information in support the decision making. This means, an manager can access anytime to get information without waste time. IS also important to increase employee productivity and satisfaction. This means, with this system ,all work can done in just short time. From this chapter, i can defined and understand about the context and model in HRIS.
