All already know who i am.....Azizi Noor Fizi Bin Jamion is my full name. Now is 22 years old and already registered as a voter. Before intake to UTM , i studied STPM for two years. After get good result ,i accepted to get continued studies in Human Resources Development(HRD) course in UTM for three years. This is my first journey to get knowledge. My ambition after graduate in this course is be HR consultant more successfull in the world with there own company.
I have four siblings ( included me). I is first sibling. Actually,i like with this course because this is what i want. That because ,during form six i already learn more about management.I already know the basic of management.For overview, this courses more manage and development human based on skill and training. I take this course not only for just get “degree” but my priority is to get knowledge and want understand for future jobs.As student, we must applying every knowledge what there in ourself. In this course also, i get knowledge in experience of leadership and join SMART Club in faculty and college committe.
Until now, i already in “final year student”. For general, too much knowledge i get to applying in real situation. For this semester, i take subject of Human Resource Information System(HRIS) by Dr.Nur Naha. This course discussed about model of HRIS and assisting students to use of Computer-Based Information System(CIBS) for develop model of HRIS. We also need HRIS because providing a basis for planning, decision making, supplying data and other human resource function .This course also tell the approprite method to more efficiently through the use of IT.
